The Business Case Toolkit helps Queensland Government Agencies and consultants develop business cases.
Problem
Identifying the information required and level of detail for a business case can be challenging. Although there’s an abundance of business case guidance information available, it can be difficult to find and apply.
Solution
This toolkit helps identify the specific information and analysis required, for different project types, at each business case phase.
The Toolkit aligns with key Queensland Government Frameworks, such as the Project Assessment Framework (PAF) and Business Case Development Framework (BCDF).
